You include a QR code in the booking confirmation email (we provide the link). When guests scan it, they land on a simple page where they enter their vehicle registration. The system validates their booking dates and adds their vehicle to the whitelist automatically. ANPR cameras then recognise them on arrival.

Reception staff can add vehicles to the whitelist manually from the dashboard. It takes seconds. You can also set a grace period before enforcement begins, giving guests time to check in and register.

Yes. If you want to monetise spare capacity, you can enable our Pay for Parking feature. Non-residents scan a QR code on signage, enter their registration, and pay from their phone. You set the tariff. This can run alongside guest validation.

Reception can extend the whitelist entry from the dashboard. The guest doesn't need to do anything — their vehicle remains validated for the new checkout date. If you have PMS integration, this can happen automatically.

Staff vehicles are added to a permanent whitelist. You can set restrictions if needed — certain car parks only, or specific hours. Staff parking is tracked separately from guest parking in reporting.

We can integrate with major property management systems (PMS) to automatically create whitelist entries when bookings are made. Contact us to discuss your specific PMS. Even without integration, the QR code workflow is simple for guests to use.
